Returns Policy

Ambe Fireplaces offer a 30-day return policy on all new, unused, unassembled items in their original packaging.  This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  All shipping and other charges relating to a return shall be paid by the customer in advance.

Subject to refund eligibility, we will refund your purchase amount minus the return shipping charges.  To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unmodified and in a sellable condition in the original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusal at time of delivery.

To request a return authorization number and instructions please contact us   ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN AND RECEIVING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued after return items have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be the purchase amount minus the return shipping charges.

 Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used when original purchase was made and shortly after we receive and process the eligible return. 

It may take up to 12 business days after we issue the refund request for your return payment to process.   

 

PROMOTIONS AND PRICE MATCHING

Please note that we do not price match the following:

• Items purchased from ambefireplaces.com that decrease in price due to promotions or price changes after 5 days of purchase.
• Ambefireplaces.com prices that are on special events (including but not limited to clearance, Seasonal deals, Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals, or other limited-time promotions)

We strive to offer the best possible price on ambefireplaces.com every day, on all items. If you notice a post-purchase price drop at Ambe Fireplaces on a qualifying product within 5 days of purchase, you can request a price match online, via email, or over the phone.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of the order being placed and as long as the order has not been physically shipped.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges if you change your mind after the order has been physically shipped.  

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the returns policy.  Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
